Capsticks appointed to London Boroughs' Legal Alliance Legal Services Framework across four Lots

Capsticks and legal consultancy Kennedy Cater participated in the procurement, assisting the London Borough of Haringey and the London Boroughs' Legal Alliance (LBLA). Capsticks has been appointed to four Lots on the £72 million LBLA Legal Services Framework. The firm secured reappointment to Lot 2 (Full Range of Legal Services) and has been newly appointed to three Lots: Regeneration, Housing Management, and Property and Planning. The appointment will commence in 2026 and run for four years. Under the framework Capsticks will provide legal advisory services and support to local authorities and communities across London and the South‑East. The LBLA, established in 2009, operates as a collaborative partnership of local authority legal teams focused on innovative procurement and efficiency, delivering best value services to clients and residents. The London Borough of Haringey acted as the procuring contracting authority for this framework, which is managed on behalf of the LBLA by legal consultancy Kennedy Cater. Capsticks represented the London Boroughs' Legal Alliance (LBLA) and the London Borough of Haringey with a team composed by: Lucy Woods, Partner; Rachael Heenan, Senior Partner.
