Arendt & Medernach advised TwentyTwo Real Estate on its acquisition of Emeis' senior residences business in France, assisting TwentyTwo Real Estate in the transaction. The deal comprises the acquisition of Emeis' senior residences business in France, representing an initial investment of approximately €160 million. The transaction marks the first investment of TwentyTwo Real Estate’s newly launched platform dedicated to senior residences in Europe.
