Castren & Snellman advised Neste Corporation in connection with the refinancing of its EUR 500 million term facility, with the new facilities provided by OP Corporate Bank plc and Danske Bank A/S, Finland Branch. The refinancing was implemented by way of two bilateral term facilities of EUR 250 million each. Each term facility has a maturity of three years and includes extension options.
