Gütt Olk Feldhaus Advises Paulaner Brauerei Gruppe on Sale of Hopf to Herzoglich Bayerische Brauhaus Tegernsee

The transfer of the Hopf brewery in Miesbach is planned for January 2026; the managing director will remain and all jobs will be retained."

Gütt Olk Feldhaus, together with Pusch Wahlig Workplace Law and Kind & Drews, advised Paulaner Brauerei Gruppe on the sale of the Hopf brewery to Herzoglich Bayerische Brauhaus Tegernsee. Paulaner Brauerei Gruppe will hand over the Hopf wheat beer brewery in Miesbach to Herzoglich Bayerische Brauhaus Tegernsee in January 2026. A corresponding letter of intent has already been signed. Hopf's Managing Director, Tilo Ruttmann, will remain in his position and all jobs will be retained. Hopf, which has been part of the Paulaner Brewery Group since 2006, has further strengthened its position in the Bavarian wheat beer segment. Both breweries represent Upper Bavarian beer culture and a long-standing partnership that is now being deepened. The purchase price and other details were not disclosed.
