Kilpatrick Advises Smålandsvist AB on Sale of Newly Developed Properties for Newly Issued Shares in Bonäsudden Holding AB (publ)

"Kilpatrick advised Smålandsvist AB in the sale of two newly developed properties in Växjö and Kalmar to Bonäsudden Holding AB (publ). The transaction was carried out as a share issue in-kind, with Smålandsvist receiving newly issued Bonäsudden shares. The properties total approximately 21,600 sqm lettable area and have an agreed value of SEK 676 million; the deal is subject to extraordinary general meeting approvals."

Kilpatrick acted as advisor to Smålandsvist AB in connection with the sale of two newly developed properties to Bonäsudden Holding AB (publ). The properties, located in Växjö and Kalmar, comprise a total of approximately 21,600 square metres of lettable area and have an agreed property value of SEK 676 million. The transaction is carried out through a share issue in-kind, under which Smålandsvist receives newly issued shares in Bonäsudden as payment. The completion of the transaction is conditional upon approval by extraordinary general meetings in both Bonäsudden and Smålandsvist.
