EY Studio Legale Tributario and ADVANT Nctm advise on financing to complete the new Arzignano Montecchio Maggiore hospital

EY Studio Legale Tributario and ADVANT Nctm participated in the transaction: EY advised Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, while ADVANT Nctm advised Armon and its shareholders CMB, Arcoservizi, CoopService, Gelmini and Siram. Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti subscribed to a loan of more than €37 million in favour of Armon, the concessionaire appointed by Azienda ULSS 8 Berica under a concession agreement exceeding €221 million. The financing will be used to complete the new Arzignano Montecchio Maggiore hospital.
