Latham & Watkins Advises X‑energy on US$700 Million Oversubscribed Series D Financing

Latham & Watkins LLP represented X‑Energy Reactor Company, LLC (X‑energy) in its Series D financing. X‑Energy, a leader in advanced nuclear reactor and fuel technology, has closed an oversubscribed Series D financing round of approximately US$700 million. The financing was led by Jane Street and attracted new investors including ARK Invest, Galvanize, Hood River Capital Management, Point72, Reaves Asset Management, XTX Ventures and others, alongside continued participation from existing investors such as Ares Management funds, Corner Capital, Emerson Collective, NGP, Segra Capital Management and others.
