National law firm TLT has been named as a supplier on the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Legal Panel for Government framework (RM6360), enabling the firm to provide legal services to central government departments, executive agencies and associated Arm’s Length Bodies (ALBs). TLT has been appointed on Lot 2 — Major Projects and Complex Advice. This follows the firm’s recent confirmation of places on three additional Lots: Lot 1 (Core Legal Services), Lot 4a (Trade and Investment Negotiations) and Lot 4b (International Trade Disputes). Through these four Lots, TLT will continue to deliver a broad range of commercial legal services to public-sector clients engaged in major infrastructure programmes, complex legal projects and high‑risk initiatives. The firm’s remit under the framework will include contract negotiation and dispute resolution, trade, regulatory and governance advice, and support for the delivery of key infrastructure projects and public–private partnerships (PPPs). TLT will also advise on procurement, legislative drafting and policy development, and on constitutional matters. TLT’s appointment comes after a period of strategic growth. The firm houses the UK’s largest infrastructure planning and future energy practice and has been shortlisted for industry awards in recognition of its government and international trade work. CCS, which procures common goods and services for the public sector, reported commercial benefits of £5.3 billion for 2024/25. TLT represented central government departments, executive agencies and associated Arm’s Length Bodies (ALBs) with a team composed by: Bill Hull, partner and Head of Government & Public Services.
