Osborne Clarke advises Tresmares Capital on minority investment in Convey Technology

Osborne Clarke advised pan-European growth capital investor Tresmares Capital on its minority equity investment in UK-based fleet management software provider Convey Technology. The transaction provides Tresmares’ financial backing to enable Convey Technology to expand its commercial capabilities and pursue selective M&A opportunities to enhance its product and distribution capabilities. Headquartered in Wiltshire and founded in 2016 by Steve Fisher, Convey operates a web-based SaaS platform that supports more than 3,600 commercial fleet operators, managing hundreds of thousands of vehicles and assets to deliver compliance, safety and operational efficiency. Fisher and the current senior management will retain control of day-to-day operations and will lead the next stage of growth. Founded in 2014, Tresmares Capital is a pan-European, growth-focused alternative asset manager with a team of over 75 professionals across Madrid, London and Frankfurt, offering a range of financial solutions to high-growth SMEs and private equity firms across Europe. This marks Tresmares’ third minority investment in the UK and the second UK transaction on which Osborne Clarke has advised.
