Hogan Lovells Advises Eni Plenitude on Acquisition of 760 MW Renewable Portfolio from Neoen

Hogan Lovells advised Eni Plenitude S.p.A. on the acquisition of a portfolio of renewable energy assets from Neoen SAS. The transaction concerns 52 operating assets located across France, comprising 37 photovoltaic plants, 14 wind farms and one operating battery storage facility, with a total installed capacity of approximately 760 MW. It ranks among the largest renewable energy transactions completed in the French market in recent years and significantly contributes to Plenitude’s 2025 installed capacity targets, supporting the company’s expansion within the framework of its 2025–2028 Strategic Plan.
