CK Legal, Syrena Legal and KWKR Advise on Radix Ventures Investment in Proteine Resources

CK Legal Chabasiewicz Kowalska advised Proteine Resources on an investment from Radix Ventures, with additional follow-on commitments from existing investors SMOK Ventures and Bitspiration Booster. Syrena Legal advised SMOK Ventures. KWKR advised Radix Ventures. The transaction concerns financing for Proteine Resources, a biotech startup focused on sustainable insect farming and decentralized processing technologies to produce alternative protein for animal nutrition. The proceeds will support development of what the company describes as the world’s first fully autonomous insect-protein factory, expansion of its pilot plant, ongoing clinical research and product development, and the company’s broader European market entry plans. In 2024, CK Legal also advised Proteine Resources on a PLN 6 million investment round from SMOK Ventures and Bitspiration Booster.
