The transaction comprised the sale of 100% of the shares in Apsiyon to Aareon. Apsiyon is a Turkish cloud-based property management technology company founded in 2012 by Kudret Turk, Erkan Dogan and Meric Akdamar. Aareon is a German multinational software company focused on solutions for the real estate sector and is backed by private equity investors TPG, CDPQ and Advent International. Paksoy represented the founders and shareholders of Apsiyon with a team composed by: Partner Ayse Demirel Atakan, Senior Associate Asli Eryilmaz and Associate Mustafa Karadas.
