Bär & Karrer Advises Wisecap on Acquisition of Corvaglia Closures Eschlikon

Bär & Karrer represented Wisecap, the Piacenza-based manufacturer of plastic caps and closures for the beverage industry, in connection with the acquisition of Corvaglia Closures Eschlikon. Pursuant to a purchase agreement, Wisecap has agreed to acquire Corvaglia Closures Eschlikon, a business of the Corvaglia Group. As part of the transaction, the Corvaglia Group, a specialist in closure design and mould making for the production of plastic caps, will in turn acquire a minority stake in Wisecap.
