Tonucci & Partners assisted Collegio Don Nicola Mazza, a recognised religious institution active in Padua, Verona and Rome, in the transaction that led to the signing of the agreement for the management of the Marianum university residence in Padua. The agreement concerns the historic Residenza universitaria Marianum, a Padua facility with 90 accommodation places. Supported by the Diocese of Padua and the University of Padua, the operation strengthens Collegio Mazza's presence in the city of Padua and prevents the closure of the Marianum residence. With the inclusion of this facility, Collegio Don Nicola Mazza now manages eight university residences, six of which are recognised as Collegi Universitari di Merito by the Ministry of University and Research, located in the university cities of Padua, Verona and Rome.
