EY SLT and ADVANT Nctm in financing for Arzignano-Montecchio Maggiore hospital

EY Studio Legale Tributario advised Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, while ADVANT Nctm advised Armon and its shareholders CMB, Arcoservizi, CoopService, Gelmini and Siram in connection with the financing transaction. The transaction concerns the subscription by Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti of a financing facility in excess of €37 million in favour of Armon, the concessionaire of Azienda ULSS 8 Berica under a concession agreement valued at more than €221 million. The financing will be used to complete the construction of the new Arzignano-Montecchio Maggiore hospital. EY Studio Legale Tributario represented Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti with a team composed by: Oriana Granato (partner) who led the multidisciplinary team; Valeria Baronchelli (senior manager); Giovanni Maria Fraschini (senior); Salvatore Forte (staff) responsible for drafting and negotiating the financing documentation and negotiating the project contractual documentation; and Iacopo Massimo Rossetti (manager) together with Francesco Rebucci (senior) responsible for the preliminary legal due diligence phase.
