Hogan Lovells Advises Eni Plenitude on Acquisition of 760 MW Renewables Portfolio in France

Hogan Lovells acted for Eni Plenitude in the transaction, while Natixis served as exclusive M&A buy-side advisor to Eni Plenitude on the economic and financial aspects. The transaction concerns the acquisition by Eni Plenitude – Società Benefit of a portfolio of 52 operating assets across France from Neoen SAS. The portfolio comprises 37 photovoltaic plants, 14 wind farms and one battery energy storage system (BESS), with a combined capacity of approximately 760 MW. The deal is one of the largest recent renewable-energy transactions in the French market and contributes materially to Plenitude’s installed-capacity targets for 2025, supporting the group’s growth under its 2025–2028 Strategic Plan.
