DWF Advises Banca Valsabbina in Subscription of Espe Minibond

DWF advised Banca Valsabbina, while Starclex advised Espe. The transaction involved the issuance by Espe, a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the renewable energy sector as an EPC contractor specialized in the supply of photovoltaic plants, of an unsecured bond with an aggregate nominal amount of €2 million. The entire issuance was fully subscribed by Banca Valsabbina, which acted as originator and sole investor. DWF handled all legal and contractual aspects of the operation.
