CommerceClarity, a company engaged in the design and development of software that facilitates business processes in the e-commerce sector, announced the closing of a pre-seed investment round of approximately €2.7 million. The round was led by Italian Founders Fund and Entourage and included, among others, participation from Euregio + Alpine Venture Capital and Vento Ventures. BonelliErede represented Italian Founders Fund and Entourage with a team composed by: Giulia Bianchi Frangipane (partner, venture capital), Enrico Goitre (managing associate, venture capital), Benedetta Duca (associate, venture capital) and Francesca Gea Rusconi (associate, venture capital).
