Clifford Chance Advises Chuangxin Industries on HK$5.5 Billion Hong Kong Listing

The offering raised approximately US$708 million (HK$5.5 billion). The successful IPO underscores Hong Kong’s role as a preferred listing venue for Chinese industrial leaders and highlights strong demand in the aluminium sector driven by electric vehicles, renewable energy and lightweight manufacturing. Chuangxin Industries is a major producer of aluminium products in China, supplying high-quality materials used in electronics, automotive, green energy, transportation, industrial materials and construction.
