GSK Stockmann advises Catella Investment Management GmbH and Catella Real Estate AG on acquisition of newly built residential complex in Berlin

"GSK Stockmann advised Catella Investment Management GmbH and its KVG platform Catella Real Estate AG on the acquisition of a newly built six‑storey residential complex in Berlin for the public AIF Catella European Residential (CER) from OTTO WULFF Projektentwicklung GmbH. The property comprises 37 apartments (approx. 3,000 sqm), 21 underground parking spaces, 106 bicycle spaces, meets KfW‑55 standards, includes rooftop PV and is due for completion end 2025."

GSK Stockmann advised Catella Investment Management GmbH (CIM) and its KVG platform Catella Real Estate AG on the acquisition of a newly built residential complex in Berlin. The acquisition was carried out for the public real estate AIF Catella European Residential (CER). The seller is OTTO WULFF Projektentwicklung GmbH. The six‑storey building comprises 37 apartments with a total residential area of approximately 3,000 square metres. The underground floor houses a car park with 21 spaces and the property also provides 106 bicycle spaces. The building meets the EH 55 (KfW 55) energy efficiency standard and is connected to the local district heating network. A photovoltaic system on the roof covers part of the energy demand. Around half of the apartments are barrier‑free, and the underground parking spaces are pre‑wired for future electric vehicle charging stations. Completion of the residential complex is planned for the end of 2025.
