Capillary Technologies India Limited raised ₹877.501 crore through an initial public offering. The IPO comprised a fresh issue of equity shares and an offer for sale by the promoter selling shareholder. The proceeds reflect the combined capital raise from both the primary issuance and the sale of existing shares.
