Addleshaw Goddard appointed to CCS RM6360 Legal Panel for Major Projects, Complex Advice and Rail Services

Addleshaw Goddard has been named as a supplier on the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) RM6360 Legal Panel for Government, assisting central government and other public sector organisations, including work for the Department for Transport. The panel will provide central government and other public sector bodies with access to high-quality legal advice. The new RM6360 panel covers a broad range of specialisms to support government projects, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution and will run for up to four years. Under the panel, Addleshaw Goddard will deliver services under Lot 2: Major Projects and Complex Advice and Lot 5: Rail Legal Services. Under this appointment Addleshaw Goddard will continue to provide complex public law advice and wider legal support on major projects, including technology, outsourcing, infrastructure, finance, investment, transformation and development. The firm will also provide a full range of legal services for the operation and regulation of the rail industry as governments implement substantial reforms to the rail sector. Crown Commercial Service is an Executive Agency of the Cabinet Office that supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services; in 2024/25 CCS reported delivering commercial benefits equal to £5.3 billion to the public sector. Addleshaw Goddard represented central government and other public sector clients under the CCS RM6360 panel with a team composed by: partners Michael Rainey (lead for major projects and complex advice) and Paul Hirst (lead for rail).
