Arthur Cox advised Ballymore on its refinancing with lenders AIB and HBFI. Ballymore, described as one of Ireland’s largest and most successful property developers, completed a re-financing that included a five-year green loan facility provided by AIB with participation from HBFI. The facility is structured as a five-year green loan intended to support Ballymore’s financing requirements. Arthur Cox represented Ballymore with a team composed by: the team was led by Kevin Lynch (Debt Finance) and Brian O’Rourke (Real Estate).
