The transaction involved the sale of the Paris Trocadéro business centre to the investment fund Blackstone Real Estate for approximately €700 million. The asset, with a surface area of around 41,000 sqm, is located on Place du Trocadéro in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, one of the capital's most prestigious and sought-after locations.
