Blank Rome served as legal counsel to Victor Capital Partners, advising Victor in its acquisition of four regional security companies and in the formation of a national security services platform. The transaction establishes a national platform focused on the security services sector. The platform, which will introduce a new brand to the industry in 2026, recently acquired four highly regarded regional security businesses. These companies provide a range of services, including manned guarding; patrol, alarm, and video monitoring; investigations; background checks; and executive protection. The acquired businesses serve corporate customers, commercial property managers, public utilities, municipal governments, and residential communities, and will operate under the newly formed national platform to broaden service offerings and geographic coverage.
