De Pardieu advised Satlink in connection with Satlink’s acquisition of NKE Group. The transaction concerns Satlink, a Spanish company specialising in ocean technology solutions, acquiring NKE Group, which designs, manufactures and markets instruments for the measurement and monitoring of water quality in aquatic environments, as well as navigation instruments. The acquisition enables Satlink to accelerate the development of its data collection and analysis solutions, enhancing understanding and management of the oceans and their resources with a long-term sustainability focus. NKE contributes recognised technological expertise in water monitoring, thereby strengthening Satlink’s capabilities in this field. Following the operation, Satlink now supports more than 10,000 organisations—including governments, research institutes, industrial actors and NGOs—in over 130 countries. The group relies on a global network of local partners and operates 13 offices across Europe, the Americas and Asia.
