GetVocal, founded in Paris in 2023, is a French conversational AI platform that develops hybrid human–AI agents for customer experience with full transparency. The platform is used by more than 100 teams across 23 markets and handles thousands of customer interactions every day. The financing round, led by Creandum alongside co-investors Elaia and Speedinvest, will enable GetVocal to accelerate the development and deployment of its agentic AI customer experience platform across Europe.
