Baker McKenzie Advises Mesirow on Opening Geneva Office

Baker McKenzie advised Mesirow, an employee-owned financial services firm headquartered in Chicago, on the establishment of a new office in Geneva. The opening of the Geneva office is intended to bolster Mesirow’s partnership with Swiss-based Perreard Partners Investment (PPI), which has collaborated with Mesirow since 2004. Baker McKenzie represented Mesirow with a team composed by: Partners Matthias Trautmann (M&A) and Ansgar Schott (financial services) led the matter, working alongside partner Susanne Liebel-Kotz (tax), senior associate Tanja Schmid (financial services), associates Pascal Dorier (M&A), Andreas Becker (employment), and Ivan Tomic (financial services), as well as trainee lawyers Philine Jenzer and Fabrizio Zavatta.
