Bratschi advises Sedrun Solar on syndicated project financing for alpine photovoltaic plant

Bratschi advised Sedrun Solar, the joint venture between Energia Alpina and Aventron Solar, on a syndicated project financing led by Zürcher Kantonalbank. The transaction concerns the development and financing of a large-scale alpine photovoltaic plant located in the municipality of Tujetsch (Surselva) at altitudes between 1,950 and 2,100 metres above sea level. The Sedrun Solar project is expected to produce approximately 29 gigawatt hours of electricity per year. The financing was structured on a syndicated basis and is intended to support construction and operation of the plant. Bratschi represented Sedrun Solar, the joint venture of Energia Alpina and Aventron Solar, with a team composed by: Barbara Jecklin, Partner and Head of Contracts.
