Walder Wyss Advises Distalmotion on USD 150 Million Series G Financing Round

Walder Wyss advised Distalmotion, a globally active MedTech company based in Lausanne, in connection with the closing of its USD 150 million Series G financing round, which was led by Revival Healthcare Capital with participation from an existing investor. The financing round raised USD 150 million. The new funding will be mainly directed at accelerating US commercial adoption of Dexter, Distalmotion’s soft tissue robotic surgery system, and at supporting ongoing clinical and product development initiatives.
