Pestalozzi and Orrick Paris Tech Studio Advise Flexion Robotics on $50 Million Series A Financing

Pestalozzi, together with Orrick Paris Tech Studio, advised Zurich-based technology company Flexion Robotics on its USD 50 million Series A financing. The Series A round was backed by DST Global Partners, NVentures (NVIDIA’s venture capital arm), redalpine, Prosus Ventures and Moonfire. A few months earlier, Flexion had secured USD 7.35 million in seed financing from Frst, Moonfire and redalpine. Pestalozzi represented Flexion Robotics with a team composed by: Franz Schubiger, Remo Keller, Raphael Widmer, Levy Corba, Samuel Thüring, Nicole Sutter, Andrew D. Galantay and Annalena Schläpfer. Orrick Paris Tech Studio represented Flexion Robotics with a team composed by: Baptiste Tanchoux and Théophile Delobel.
