Carnelutti Law Firm Secures Victory for Rospo at Council of State

Carnelutti Law Firm represented client Rospo srl in proceedings before the Council of State. The Administrative Law team of Carnelutti acted in a precautionary appeal heard by the Fifth Section of the Council of State. The Council upheld the appeal against the order issued by the Regional Administrative Court of Lombardy, Milan (Section V), and ordered the suspension of the forfeiture of Rospo’s NCC licence. That decision permits Rospo to continue providing non-scheduled public transport on Lake Como, to maintain high standards of navigation in the main lakeside locations, and to protect the continuity of the non-scheduled public service and the 19 workers employed on a permanent and seasonal basis.
