AGSM AIM Energia acquires Global Power Group from Vittoria with legal and tax advisors

Studio Todarello and AndPartners Tax and Law Firm advised AGSM AIM Energia, while Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati represented Vittoria in the sale of the Global Power Group. AGSM AIM Energia, a company of the AGSM AIM Group, has acquired the Global Power Group (comprising Global Power and Global Power Plus), which is active in the sale of electricity and gas, from Vittoria. The acquisition will contribute to AGSM AIM Group's plan to strengthen its territorial presence and to expand its commercial customer base toward a target of 1.2 million customers by 2030.
