The merger by incorporation of Emendatori & Vayra 1905 into Gelco has been successfully completed. The operation gave rise to Geon, a new market player in the production of gelato bases, characterised by a diversified portfolio of clients and products and the ambition to establish itself as a reference point in both domestic and international markets. The transaction capitalises on operational synergies, geographic complementarity and an optimal scale to seize development opportunities and strengthen competitive positioning in the sector.
