Campa Avvocati advised the sellers in the transaction, Equity Factory acted as financial advisor to the sellers, Pragma Finance assisted purchaser Benzi & di Terlizzi as financial advisor, and Amati & Partners Stp provided due diligence and corporate and financial structuring support to the buyer. Benzi & di Terlizzi, a producer of power transmission systems, acquired C.G.M., a long-established manufacturer of precision gears. The transaction transfers ownership of C.G.M. to Benzi & di Terlizzi and aligns the parties to strengthen capabilities in precision gearing and transmission systems.
