Modiano Ltd.; Linklaters acted for the financial creditors and Loan Agency Services as agent; Molinari acted for illimity SGR. G. Schneider has transferred all of its wool activities, with the exception of those located in Mongolia and South America, to G. Modiano Ltd. The transaction is intended to strengthen the position of the combined group as a leading reference point in the European wool supply chain. The operation was driven on G. Schneider's side by CEO Laura Ros and group CFO Andrea Carenzi and was supported by a range of legal, tax and financial advisers to ensure the financing, tax and intellectual property aspects were properly addressed.
