Triumvir Law advised Flying Wedge Defence in relation to the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Andhra Pradesh. The MoU provides for the establishment of a 500-acre next-generation manufacturing and testing ecosystem in Andhra Pradesh focused on autonomous combat aircraft. The planned facility will produce India’s first Autonomous Combat Aircraft and the MALE Kaalabhairav, and is intended to position India as an emerging exporter of advanced defence technology. The project is projected to generate approximately 1,000 direct employment opportunities, representing a significant development for India’s aerospace and defence sector.
