SPN Advisors Advises FEF Global on ₹40 Crore Strategic Investments for Pitch to Get Rich

SPN Advisors advised FEF Global Private Limited on the deployment of its ₹40 crore fund across a portfolio of seven fashion-technology companies tied to the reality web-series Pitch to Get Rich. SPN led transaction execution, due diligence, deal structuring, and the drafting and finalisation of the Share Subscription Agreements and Shareholders’ Agreements, and designed closing mechanics aligned with the programme’s scale-up objectives. The firm negotiated key commercial terms to secure robust investor protections, establish clear exit pathways and implement fit-for-purpose governance frameworks. SPN also supported mentorship-driven growth within the Pitch to Get Rich ecosystem, including by structuring a share-swap arrangement, and worked to ensure the investment and governance structures facilitated strategic mentoring and national visibility for the portfolio companies. The investments were made across the following companies: House of Armuse Private Limited, DMODOT Fashion Private Limited, Highstreet3D Private Limited, Matching Pants Private Limited, Stylox Fashion Private Limited, Tailor Tech Private Limited and Banana Club In Vogue Private Limited. The programme is produced by FEF Global in association with Dharma Productions and aims to bring funding, strategic mentorship and national visibility to emerging fashion entrepreneurs.
