The transaction comprised Inox Neo Energies Limited’s purchase of a 640MW AC wind‑solar hybrid portfolio from the Evergreen Group. The portfolio consists of five hybrid wind‑solar projects awarded by the National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) and Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam (SJVN), all located in Maharashtra. Entity‑specific definitive agreements were executed to reflect the portfolio’s multiple projects being at different stages of development. Inox Neo Energies is an independent power producer within the InoxGFL Group and a subsidiary of Inox Clean Energy Limited. Evergreen Group is a global renewable energy developer with projects across the USA, Mauritius and India. The acquisition advances Inox Neo’s strategy to strengthen its presence in the renewable energy sector.
