Bonäsudden Holding AB (publ) acquires two properties in Växjö and Kalmar through set-off issue

The properties comprise roughly 21,600 sq. m. of lettable area, including about 18,100 sq. m. of residential space across 318 apartments. Agreed value: SEK 676 million. The transaction is conditional on an extraordinary general meeting resolution."

Wigge & Partners represented Bonäsudden Holding AB (publ) in connection with its acquisition of two properties located in Växjö and Kalmar. The acquired properties comprise a total of approximately 21,600 square metres of lettable area, of which around 18,100 square metres consist of residential units distributed across 318 apartments. The parties agreed a property value of SEK 676 million. The transaction is conditional on an extraordinary general meeting of Bonäsudden resolving in favour of the proposed set-off issue.
