Cederquist represented Norion Bank AB (publ) in connection with the recommended public offer for Consensus Asset Management AB (publ). Norion Bank has made a recommended cash offer to the shareholders of Consensus Asset Management to tender all shares in Consensus to Norion Bank. The offer values all shares in Consensus at approximately SEK 171 million. Norion Bank is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm and the shares in Consensus are listed on Spotlight Stock Market. Cederquist represented Norion Bank AB (publ) with a team composed by: Martin Ulfson, Anna Green Jensen, Sebastian Bertheau, Jonas Sjöberg, Kerstin Blomqvist and Sofia Granberg.
