Tekscend Photomask Corp. Completes ¥138.4 Billion Initial Public Offering on Tokyo Stock Exchange

"Simpson Thacher LLP represented Tekscend Photomask Corp. in a ¥138.4 billion (approx. US$800 million) IPO on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, which included an international offering under Rule 144A/Regulation S. All international-offering shares were sold by funds affiliated with Integral Corporation; international managers were Morgan Stanley, Nomura, SMBC Bank International and Merrill Lynch International."

Simpson Thacher LLP represented Tekscend Photomask Corp. in connection with its ¥138.4 billion (approximately US$800 million) initial public offering. The offering consisted of a domestic listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange and an international offering to institutional investors outside Japan pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act. All of the shares in the international offering were sold by funds affiliated with Integral Corporation. Tekscend Photomask Corp. is a Japan-based global provider of photomasks and related support services. The representatives of the international managers for the international offering were Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, Nomura International plc, SMBC Bank International plc and Merrill Lynch International.
