Artisan Partners to Acquire Grandview Property Partners

Simpson Thacher represented Artisan Partners Asset Management Inc. in connection with the proposed acquisition of Grandview Property Partners. The transaction provides for Artisan to acquire 100% of the equity of Grandview Property Partners, a real estate private equity firm that originates, develops, acquires and manages middle‑market properties across the United States. Artisan is a multi‑asset investment platform offering a broad range of investment strategies to clients around the world. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
