Hogan Lovells advises Red River West on investment in HyPrSpace

The round, led by Red River West alongside the Deeptech 2030 fund (France 2030, managed by Bpifrance) and investors SPI, Expansion, NACO, Audacia and Syian Investment Ltd, aims to accelerate development and industrialisation of hybrid-propulsion engines for space and defence."

Hogan Lovells advised Red River West in connection with its investment in HyPrSpace. The transaction concerns HyPrSpace, a Bordeaux-based start-up founded in 2021 that designs and develops a small launcher using hybrid propulsion. The financing round, led by Red River West alongside the Deeptech 2030 fund of the France 2030 programme managed by Bpifrance and investors SPI, Expansion, NACO, Audacia and Syian Investment Ltd, is intended to accelerate the development and industrialisation of HyPrSpace's hybrid-propulsion engines for the space and defence sectors.
