Eversheds Sutherland Advises Plameca on Merger with US Company Nutribiotic

Eversheds Sutherland represented the Spain-based Plameca group in its merger with US company Nutribiotic. The transaction involved the cross-border acquisition by Plameca, a Catalan company specialising in the development, manufacture and distribution of natural supplements, vitamins, minerals and plant extracts, of Nutribiotic, a Lakeport, California company that sells nutritional supplements and personal care products. The deal expands Plameca’s presence in the United States and marks the company’s third recent acquisition, following the purchases of Galileo Garma and ATP.
