Freshfields Advises Materialise NV on Successful Euronext Brussels Listing

Freshfields advised Materialise NV on its admission to trading on Euronext Brussels; KBC Securities acted as listing agent for Materialise. The transaction comprised the listing of Materialise NV’s ordinary shares on Euronext Brussels effective 20 November 2025. Prior to the Brussels admission, Materialise’s ordinary shares were publicly traded on Nasdaq through American Depositary Shares (ADSs) representing those ordinary shares. With the admission to trading on Euronext Brussels, Materialise now maintains a dual‑listing structure.
