Jones Day and ADVANT Nctm assist in development and sale of four-property residential healthcare portfolio in Lombardy

Jones Day and ADVANT Nctm assisted, respectively, Kryalos SGR (as manager of the closed-end alternative real estate investment fund Euryale Healthcare Italia 2, acting as purchaser) and Carron Cav. Angelo (as developer and seller) in an operation concerning the development and sale of a portfolio of four residential healthcare facilities (RSA) located in Lombardy. The transaction comprised the sale of the four properties by Carron to the fund managed by Kryalos. The operation included the simultaneous signing of lease agreements, specifically negotiated with the operator Codess Sociale Società Cooperativa Sociale, under which the operator will manage the facilities. The portfolio has a combined capacity of over 750 beds. Codess Sociale operates across 11 Italian regions in the socio-assistance, socio-health and socio-educational sectors and provides services to more than 9,000 people.
