Clessidra Capital Credit SGR, on behalf of the closed-end reserved Clessidra Credit Recovery Fund, concluded an agreement with Neptunia for the remodulation and rescheduling of the company's debt. The agreement was reached following Clessidra's purchase from the financial creditors of the receivables and the related legal relationships against Neptunia.
