The transaction concerns the financing granted to the Arcimboldo fund, which is managed by Kryalos SGR and subscribed by funds linked to Hayfin Capital Management LLP. The refinancing is part of a broader plan of active management and value enhancement of the fund's retail assets. The operation follows Kryalos SGR's December 2023 acquisition of the Bicocca Village asset and is intended to support the fund's ongoing asset management and redevelopment initiatives.
