CBA and BCC Iccrea support financing of Idroelettrica R. Slizza hydroelectric plant

CBA Studio Legale e Tributario assisted the BCC Iccrea group and the pool of financing banks, while Studio Pecile of Udine represented Idroelettrica R. Slizza; notarial services were provided by Matteo Bordon of Studio Notarile Bordon. The transaction concerns a project finance facility for a hydroelectric plant located in Tarvisio with an estimated annual production of approximately 20 million kWh. The plant is owned by Idroelettrica R. Slizza, a company linked to the Tondo family of Udine that operates in the renewable electricity sector and owns several hydroelectric stations. The financing was structured by the Project Finance desk of BCC Banca Iccrea in cooperation with Credifriuli, the client's reference BCC and the depositary bank for the operation. Cassa Centrale Raiffeisen dell’Alto Adige participated in the transaction as underwriter. CBA provided legal assistance to the pool of lending banks in relation to the drafting and negotiation of the financing documentation. CBA Studio Legale e Tributario represented the BCC Iccrea group and the pool of financing banks with a team composed by: Francesco Dialti (partner), Valentina Bombino (associate) and Lucrezia Ghezzi (associate). Studio Pecile represented Idroelettrica R. Slizza. Studio Notarile Bordon carried out the notarial activities through notary Matteo Bordon.
